1 Returns
Due to the nature of food products we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However returns may be considered only in the following cases
Product is damaged during delivery
Wrong item has been delivered
Product is spoiled or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery
To request a return you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof such as photos or videos.
2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed only if the issue is verified and approved by our team.
Approved refunds may be provided in the following ways
Original payment method
Bank transfer
Store credit based on customer preference
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
3 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Once the order is prepared or shipped cancellation is not allowed.
4 Non Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases
Change of mind after order confirmation
Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
